Our Fellows

Graduate Student Fellows

Established by Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal, these graduate student fellowships support the research, tuition, fees and stipends for students at Harvard who are pursuing degrees in the field of Islamic studies.

In the past, Alwaleed Fellows have been selected from a range of departments including the Department of Near Eastern Languages and Civilizations, the Center for Middle Eastern Studies, Department of History, Committee on the Study of Religion and the History of Art and Architecture.

The Graduate School of Arts & Sciences chooses the successful candidates each year.
