The 2018-19 academic year was an eventful one for the Alwaleed Program.  As part of our commitment to promoting excellent scholarship on Islam and Muslim societies at Harvard, we introduced three new initiatives: the Alwaleed Bin Talal Seminar in Islamic Studies, Early-Career Faculty Grants, and the Alwaleed Bin Talal Prize for Best Undergraduate Thesis in Islamic Studies.
